In my nearly nine years with Stand Together, our annual Holiday Party has evolved significantly. The 2024 iteration brought unique opportunities. Held at the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery, we were challenged by stakeholders to design an event that thanked staff for a year of hard work, highlighted our principles, promoted our brand, and seamlessly integrated with the historic location and exhibits.
