The Economic Policy Innovation Center (EPIC) is a think tank in Washington, D.C. that develops original research to inform policy solutions on Capitol Hill aimed at advancing a free and prosperous America. EPIC fosters relationships with federal policymakers, provides them educational resources, and fosters cooperation with experienced leaders. We believe in building a vibrant economy that benefits workers now and provides for generations of families to come.

In 2023 I was asked to take the lead on developing a visual identity for EPIC from the ground up. Stakeholders wanted to emphasize their close relationships with policymakers and their staff, as well as convey uniqueness, seriousness, and credibility. I toured the Capitol in search of inspiration, eventually taking design cues directly from items found in and around the Capitol Building.
